Conlee's Creations

My interest in making baked goods for people to enjoy started during the Covid lockdown when I was 11 years old. I launched Conlee’s Creations in 2023 for me to share my baked goods with others. What 'baked goods' means to me is using high quality ingredients like organic cane sugar, balanced flavors, and no additives or preservatives to elevate the traditional desserts to the next level.

Since I launched Conlee’s Creations, I have been delivering desserts to other businesses, school events, open houses, private parties, and charity events. To show support to the community, I have delivered baked goods to the Fire and Police departments.

In May 2025, I received the Culinary Arts Student of the Year award, recognizing my commitment to the art.

In June 2025, I went to France to study and expand my knowledge in making traditional baked goods.

After high school, I will be making my way to culinary institutions in New York or Paris.
